Enjoy a great cup of tea:

1. Start the first & second tracks from the Crasdant CD - background music is essential.
2. Put a kettle of freshly drawn cold water on to boil and while you are doing this rinse your teapot out with hot water.
3. Use one tea bag of the finest Welsh tea per person and add one for the pot. When the water has come to a fast boil pour it over the tea bags.
4. Let the tea steep while you listen to track four on the Crasdant CD.
5. Pour out the tea and enjoy it while you are listening to the rest of the CD.
